Want to integrate? Unity® to offer certified DemoPad® smart-home training

At Unity® we use the awesome DemoPad® platform to build our smart-home systems and award-wining control interfaces. Over the years we have mastered its vast capabilities and would not use any other system today. In our view, DemoPad® offers some of the most powerful and versatile smart-home features available for professional integrators, allowing full customisation of the user interface, enabling you as an integrator/installer to be as creative and versatile as you want when designing systems and controls for your clients. DemoPad® gives integrators the ability to create a unique user experience for their clients that is very much their own.

Starting in early 2022, Unity® will be offering DemoPad® training to integrators and anyone who would like to get started (or further their skills) in the smart-home industry, with a course that will teach the basics of DemoPad® and cover smart-home basics, smart-home theory, interface design and control logic. For those who wish to go further with DemoPad® there will also be an advanced course which will dive deeper into its truly powerful capabilities. All those who successfully complete the course will receive an official DemoPad® Certified Integrator qualification.

We plan to offer in-person training in London in the form of a one-day course with a class of no more than 10, followed by the one-day advanced course. Depending on demand, we may offer in-person training at other UK locations. There will also be an online option for those who would rather train remotely, which will be available around the world. We’ll show you our approach to designing and building smart-home systems that flow elegantly from well thought-out user interfaces (UI) to create a pleasant overall user experience (UX) for your client projects.
